At Perfume Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the perfume in its original manufacturer box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton with plenty of protective padding to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
